Sell us your laptop, no listings and no haggling

You send it, we test it and make you a fair offer with the test report. If it suits you, we pay by bank transfer. If not, we send it back.

How it works

  1. Create the request

    Sign in and fill in the form: model, specs, condition and a few photos. You get a tracking code right away, for example VB-00012.

  2. Send us the laptop

    Send it by courier to our address, with the shipping paid by you, and write the code on the parcel or on a note inside.

  3. We test it and make an offer

    You get an offer in lei and the test report, valid for 7 days. Accept and we pay by bank transfer, or decline and we send it back with the shipping paid by you on delivery.

Before you send it

  • Back up your data: we wipe the storage only if we buy it; if you decline, it comes back untouched.
  • Sign out of iCloud / Apple ID or your Microsoft account and turn off Find My.
  • Remove BIOS and Windows passwords.
  • Pack it well: bubble wrap and a rigid box. You pay the shipping to us.
