Warranty

Every laptop comes with a SipherTip commercial warranty, with the length shown on its page (usually 12 months), on top of the legal guarantee of conformity.

Commercial warranty

Covers functional defects that appear during the warranty period. The battery is covered for function; normal capacity wear is not a defect.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Like any product sold to consumers in Romania, the laptop is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Final wording in progress with our legal advisor.

How to claim

Write to us with the laptop's code (e.g. ST-00421) and a description of the issue. We arrange the courier pickup.
